These Terms of Service govern your use of GlowBayBD.com (“GlowBayBD”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
1. Who we serve
GlowBayBD is a Bangladesh-based online store for authentic international beauty and cosmetics products, sourced directly from Malaysia (and other origins as stated on each product page) and shipped to customers in Bangladesh.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login and contact details accurate and confidential. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian’s permission, to place an order.
3. Orders, pricing & availability
Product prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include listed taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors before an order is confirmed. An order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch.
4. Authenticity
All products are sourced as original, authentic items. Each item is quality-checked and shipped with seal intact. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. Shipping
Orders are delivered across Bangladesh. Free shipping applies when the cart subtotal meets the applicable threshold published on the site. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Returns, refunds & cosmetics
Most unopened, sealed items may be returned per our Returns policy. Cosmetics and personal-care products are covered under our 7-day return/replacement policy (must notify within 48 hours of delivery with continuous unboxing video) unless the item arrives damaged, leaked, or clearly not as described — in which case notify support@glowbaybd.com with photos within the stated window. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where applicable.
7. Payments
We support the payment methods shown at checkout (including Cash on Delivery where available). You confirm you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
8. Limitation of liability
GlowBayBD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Skincare/product results vary by individual; we do not guarantee specific outcomes and recommend consulting a qualified professional for medical or dermatological concerns.
9. Intellectual property
Site content, design, and text are owned by GlowBayBD or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published at this URL.
