GlowBayBD respects your right to request deletion of your personal data. This page explains how you can ask us to remove the information we hold about you.
How to request data deletion
Email support@glowbaybd.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- The email address or phone number linked to your GlowBayBD account
- Your full name (as used on the account)
- A short note confirming you want your personal data removed
What we delete
On a verified request we remove your account profile, saved addresses, and contact details. Where required by law or for legitimate accounting/order records, we retain only the minimum information necessary and delete the rest within 30 days of confirmation.
What we cannot delete
Records that tax, accounting, or consumer-protection law require us to keep (for example completed order invoices) are retained for the legally mandated period, after which they are erased.
Timeline
We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete erasure of deletable data within 30 days, unless an extension is required by law.
